Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Fragile items may require additional handling time to ensure they arrive safely.

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for furniture and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging for a full replacement or refund.
Are the colors of the products accurate to the photos?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and natural lighting variations, slight color differences may occur between the screen and the physical product.
